This camp is a unique chance for rising 6rd-8th graders to learn the fundamentals of running from 2 x Olympian, Anthony Famiglietti. This camp is geared towards middle school athletes that are looking to run Cross Country in the Fall, or for those athletes wanting conditioning for other sports. It is for athletes that have an interest in running, and will focus on nutrition, proper biomechanics, flexibility and mobility, racing strategies, workout structure, and rehab and rehab for common running injuries. The most successful cross country runners do the work during the summer. Anthony (Coach Fam) will also share the secrets that helped him become one of the best runners in the world.
We are offering 2 sessions this summer with limited space. We will meet at various parks located in the Mooresville area. This information will be released prior to the camp along with an outline of what we will do each day. Cost is $165 per session. If these dates do not work for you or if our camps become full, we will potentially add another week. Athletes can sign up for more than one session.
