HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?  All ORDERS OVER $20 ship via USPS Priority Mail.  All orders less than $20 ship USPS First Class.  SHIPPING FEES WILL BE ADDED AT CHECKOUT.  Canadian orders will all ship USPS Priority and will incur an upcharge at checkout.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?  DOMESTIC ORDERS: For orders between $2 and $19.99, you will be charged a $2.10 shipping fee, and order will ship USPS First Class.  For all orders between $19 and $60, you will be charged $4.95 flat rate shipping fee and orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.  For orders $60 and up, you will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.95, and order will ship USPS Priority Mail.  CANADIAN ORDERS:  We apologize for the high shipping rates to Canada, but it is very expensive to ship there at this time.  We have to add an additional $10 shipping fee on top of the domestic fees to all Candian orders. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?  We currently do not have a return policy in place. However, if you receive an item that you are not 100% satisfied with, please contact us directly and we will try to mediate the situation. We want ALL of our customers to be HAPPY!  If you receive a size that does not work for you and would like to exchange, please contact us directly.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?  To maintain the look, feel and fit of the garment, all items should be turned inside out and washed in COLD water.  Garments can be tumbled dry on low.

DO YOU OFFER TEAM DISCOUNTS OR SPECIAL ORDERS FOR TEAMS OR EVENTS?  If you have a team or event and want to place a bulk order for running shirts, please contact us directly at recklessrunning@gmail.com.  We offer discounts on orders of 25 shirts or more.  All shirts featured in this promotion will have the Winged Foot on the Front, and a small 'Reckless Running' at the bottom left back of the shirt.  We offer these shirts in 100% Cotton or Poly/Cotton blend, and we can discuss color options once request is received.

CAN YOU CUSTOM MAKE SINGLETS FOR MY TEAM?   Contact us at recklessrunning@gmail.com to inquire about having custom made singlets for your team.  All singlets will have the small winged foot design on the front left side.  All singlets are hand made in the USA. 

WHAT IF I WANT A SHIRT AND MY SIZE IS NOT IN STOCK? Contact us at recklessrunning@gmail.com if your size is not available.  We can often get the size for you in a matter of days.
